- Draft and negotiate documents relating to the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, modification and workout documents and leases, as well as related due diligence work and closing these and other real estate transactions.

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of real estate matters.

- Support other attorneys in the firm in their practice areas.

- Prepare and review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws.

- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients.
