Job Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Manage and organize case files and documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and preparation.
• Attend networking events and build relationships within the legal community.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends relevant to civil litigation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of substantive civil litigation experience.
• Strong trial and advocacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong academic performance in law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Minnesota or eligibility for admission.

Education:
