Duties:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Assist in managing and administrating estate planning cases from inception to resolution.
• Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed counsel to clients.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on estate planning.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Tennessee State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• Strong academic background with excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable client outcomes.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Education:
