The Asset Management Associate must have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in corporate and securities laws affecting open-end and closed-end mutual funds, private investment funds and SEC and state registered investment advisers. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are required for this position, as it involves direct client interaction.
