The Asset Management Associate must have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in corporate and securities laws affecting open-end and closed-end mutual funds, private investment funds and SEC and state registered investment advisers. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent writing and advocacy skills, as well as stellar academic credentials. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are required for this position, as it involves direct client interaction.

Responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to:

- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients in the asset management and corporate practice areas
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Assisting with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
- Advising on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Representing clients in complex litigation cases
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Qualifications for this position include:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in asset management/corporate practice
- Experience working with corporate and securities laws affecting mutual funds, private investment funds, and investment advisers
- Excellent writing and advocacy skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Direct client interaction experience
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
