**Qualifications and Requirements**

- A current member of the State Bar of California in good standing
- Versatility and interest to work on both IP (patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright litigation) and tech-centric general commercial litigation (breach of warranty and contract, fraud, unfair competition, privacy)
- Technical/engineering background is preferred, but not required
- Strong research, legal analysis, and writing skills
- Interest in trial work
- Proven self-starter
- Ability to work as part of a larger team
