What You'll Do:

- As a member of Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting team, you will work with clients to optimize tax and legal processes, leveraging technology to align with specific requirements and goals.
- You will also assist in the development and implementation of automation and innovative solutions to improve efficiency in tax and legal departments.
- Other responsibilities include providing training and support for day-to-day activities, assisting with project management, and participating in pursuit teams.
- This role also involves cross-functional teaming to understand and articulate the broader practice and maintain relationships with clients.
- Additionally, you will participate in the development of team members and contribute to business development efforts.

- Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting practice helps tax departments streamline processes and enhance their core responsibilities while positioning tax as a strategic business advisor for the digital era.
- The team specializes in tax and has the necessary skills, methodology, and experience to assist with successful ERP implementations.
- Deloitte TTC professionals are aligned across the global network to support clients' objectives and address their unique challenges.
- The team's multi-disciplinary approach combines tax technical and technology expertise to deliver greater impact and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days per week in-person.
- 3+ years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, visualization/BI tools, DocuSign CLM, or Salesforce configuration.
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on the work, clients, and industries/sectors.
- One of the following accreditations obtained, in process, or willing and able to obtain: Licensed CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, procurement/legal procurement, SAS Certified Data Scientist, paralegal certification, Six Sigma, MCSD, CSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, DocuSign, iCertis, Onit Product Suite, Conga CLM, Agiloft, Sirion Labs, Kira, Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer Passport, Mitratech Team Connect, or TAP.

Preferred:

- Advanced degree in related field.
- Experience with template rationalization and harmonization, guide/playbook creation, and contracting process design.

Salary Information:

- The wage range for this role takes into account a variety of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, and other business needs.
- The disclosed range estimate does not include geographic differentials.
- The typical starting salary for this role is between $80,920 and $184,210.
