- Responsible for the professional administration of fiduciary accounts including compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
- Develops and delivers solutions to meet client needs by understanding their situation and circumstances, including their extended family and younger generation
- Possesses technical fiduciary knowledge in the areas of law, tax, fiduciary investing, regulation, compliance, and estate planning
- Actively works with centers of influence and the professional community to develop a network of external referral partners
- Collaborates with team members to deliver Bank of America's full array of integrated solutions to clients
- Promotes the full breadth of the fiduciary platform to grow the fiduciary business both internally and externally
- Actively participates in the sales process and consistently delivers on Bank of America's Private Bank value proposition

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in trust administration, servicing, and managing fiduciary relationships with high net worth clients or equivalent
- Technically proficient in fiduciary law, tax, investments, and administration
- Additional legal, paralegal, and/or JD degree is a plus, but not required
- Fiduciary education and training is desired
