Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Attorney for Irvine Office

Macdonald & Cody, LLP, a well-established insurance defense litigation firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced law and motion/litigation attorney for our Irvine office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience and the ability to commute to various locations in California for court appearances and depositions.

Responsibilities:

- Draft Case Management Orders, court appearances, and various motions
- Organize and analyze case information and provide reports to carriers
- Propound and respond to written discovery
- Draft law and motion documents
- Coordinate with clients and experts
- Attend site inspections
- Take and defend depositions, including experts
- Assist with all phases of trial preparation

Qualifications:

- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
