Law Firm is looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the legal field, a high degree of proficiency with MS Word, and the ability to manage multiple cases with conflicting deadlines and time pressures.

Job Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, depositions, and mediation.
Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Monitor changes in relevant legislation, analyze implications, and advise clients accordingly.
Keep clients informed about their legal rights and obligations, and explain the legal process in terms they can understand.
Develop strategies to achieve clients’ goals in court proceedings.
Research legal precedents and ensure cases conform to relevant laws.
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of legal experience.
Licensed to practice law in Washington.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong trial and deposition experience.
High degree of proficiency with MS Word.
Exceptional time management skills.
Self-starter, quick learner, and solid ability to work independently.
