Job Summary:
Apple is seeking an experienced antitrust litigator to join our legal team in Washington DC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and provide legal support for all of our products and businesses. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the legal field and a passion for innovation to help us navigate complex legal challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage antitrust matters at the trial court and appellate levels
• Lead competition-related litigation, including class actions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas
• Formulate and drive strategy for cases
• Manage experts and expert-related discovery
• Travel as needed for case management

Qualifications:
• 4-7+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience
• Significant experience in competition-related litigation
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
• Strong technology interest and aptitude
• Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills

Education & Experience:
• JD or equivalent
• Admission to at least one US state bar
• 4-7+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience
