The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, and cultivate strong client relationships while delivering exceptional legal services.

Duties:

• Lead the charge on a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Manage and mentor a team of dedicated legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Stay abreast of the latest legal developments, regulations, and industry trends relevant to commercial litigation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional legal services throughout all phases of commercial litigation matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 4-20 years of significant experience practicing Commercial Litigation matters.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of legal professionals effectively.
