- Holland & Hart is seeking a mid to senior-level associate with 5+ years of experience in securities and capital markets to join its team in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, or Nevada offices.
- The successful candidate will have significant experience in debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation.
- The firm offers a vibrant and dynamic securities and capital markets practice, representing issuers in connection with SEC compliance and capital markets transactions.
- This is a full-time, merit-based position with a salary range of $205,000 - $305,000, as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act.
- In addition to individual performance, associates are evaluated based on their contributions to the team's efforts.
- Associates are also eligible for bonuses and fee splits based on their financial contributions and hard work.
- Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work, and at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
