## Associate Attorney - Law Firm Boise & Twin Falls
Law Firm Johnson May is looking for an Associate Attorney to join its quickly expanding, full-service legal team. The ideal candidate will be able to handle both transactional and litigation cases and resolve legal conflicts for clients by negotiating agreements, drafting documents and pleadings, and providing representation for clients in court.

The firm works with clients in the areas of:

- Adoption
- Banking Law
- Bankruptcy
- Business law
- Civil Litigation
- Estate Planning & Probate
- Family Law
- Personal Injury
- Real Estate

### Duties/Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic and energetic attitude to add to an already high-performing team, and have a personal drive for career growth and development. The candidate should possess strong communication and people skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as have a selfless ability to work as part of a team.

The candidate will also need to have exceptional legal research and writing skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programs. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to participate in professional networking opportunities and collaborate on Firm marketing initiatives.

### Qualifications
- Current Idaho Bar License, CLE compliance, and good standing status
- Experience: 3+ years of practice with an emphasis in litigation
- Reliable ability to commute or plan to relocate before starting work for either Boise, ID 83702 or Twin Falls, ID 83616 location
- Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally

### Compensation
Compensation for the Associate Attorney position is based on experience and meeting the qualifications and requirements. The candidate will receive a base salary and have the option to participate in a bonus structure that allows them to control their earning potential.

Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to take part in career mentorship programs, including a Partnership Track, and will receive a benefits package which will be discussed at the interview.
