- Ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of civil litigation in commercial and product liability areas
- Experience with factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, and motion practice specific to Florida, North Carolina, or South Carolina state and federal courts
- Prior judicial clerkship experience a plus
- Excellent academic credentials and commitment to community required
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure essential
