Qualification and Experience The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Must have 5 years of legal work experience in a law firm, government, or in-house legal department. A paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is required. Should have 5 years of legal experience in a corporate environment or law firm in a relevant area of law. Must have proficiency in Matterspace, TeamConnect, and other legal software. The ability to review and organize numerous documents in complex legal matters is required. The ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely is needed. Should have excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
