# Senior Paralegal

Kingstonville, LLC is seeking a part-time Sr Paralegal to join their team and provide support to the General Counsel's Office in Washington, . The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least five years of Paralegal experience.

## Duties and Responsibilities

- Review, analyze, consolidate, and revise financial disclosure reports
- Exercise proficiency in completing all financial disclosure reviews in an efficient manner
- Ensure technical completeness and accuracy when reviewing the reports
- Research potential conflicts, including analyzing the business activities of corporations, multinational and other corporate entities, and the activities of DOJ to determine the existence of DOJ-related interests and relationships that may exist
- Contact filers or management officials to address items contained in the financial disclosure reports
- Address conflicts and need for remedial action as appropriate in consultation with a GCO attorney
- Perform other closely related duties as assigned

## Requirements

- Four-year bachelor’s degree required
- Five years’ experience in paralegal work is preferred; master level education can be substituted for work experience
- Paralegal Certificate is preferred; experience can be substituted for certification
