Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar (active and in good standing).
