  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to effectively manage cases and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Minnesota State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience practicing law, focusing on litigation.
  • Proven experience handling construction, insurance coverage, first-party, and property litigation matters.
  • Strong understanding of state and federal civil procedure rules and litigation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
