SALARY RANGE:
$115, to $165, annually

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Redgrave LLP is the leading law firm in eDiscovery & Information Governance in the United States, ranked as Band 1 by Chambers and Partners. We specialize in Information Law, including eDiscovery, information governance, data privacy, and data security. We are seeking actively licensed attorneys in Illinois, Minnesota, Virginia, California, or Washington DC to join our team. This is a remote opportunity with a focus on supervising Review Attorneys and managing complex litigation documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in data collection strategy and search creation
- Manage complex document reviews and productions using online review tools
- Supervise and provide feedback for internal and external Review Attorneys
- Identify key protocols and train Review Attorneys
- Collaborate with Redgrave Attorneys and Advisors throughout the EDRM lifecycle
- Manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

- . degree from an accredited law school
- Active and in good standing in Illinois, Minnesota, Virginia, California, or DC
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing document review and supervising review attorneys
- Understanding of relevant case law and legal developments related to ediscovery
- Experience leading and managing privilege reviews
- Advanced eDiscovery skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced technical proficiency in Relativity and MS Office applications
- Superb attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly
- Ability to balance competing responsibilities and manage deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Must clear client conflicts and pass a criminal background check
