Tax Senior Manager - Business Tax Services - Investment Management - Private Wealth (Central Region Office Locations) - Tax Senior Manager position in Deloitte's Private Wealth Tax practice, specializing in serving the ultra-affluent, including families with multigenerational wealth, entrepreneurs, family offices, and closely-held business owners. - Responsible for performing high-level reviews of tax research and returns, as well as leading client meetings and providing solutions to complex tax issues. - Expected to train, mentor, and supervise new and experienced Tax Consultants and Tax Seniors, take on lead client-contact roles, and be involved in marketplace eminence building and pursuits. - Eligible candidates must have 8+ years of public accounting experience (3 of which in investment management) or equivalent experience in law firms or industry, as well as a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field. - Must have one of the following accreditations: Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP). - Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree (such as MST, MAcc, JD, or LLM), prior Big 4 experience, knowledge of fund accounting and general ledger accounting, and strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week. - Expected to travel up to 25% for client work and industry/sector needs. - Competitive salary range of $119,490 to $238,680, with potential for participation in a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance. - Opportunities for professional development and growth through on-the-job learning experiences and formal development programs. - Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for clients, people, and communities, and the company is committed to creating an inclusive culture that values diversity and empowers individuals to contribute their unique perspectives. - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status.
