A law firm located in Hollywood is seeking a skilled First Party Attorney with 2-5 years of first-party/property coverage experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in first-party insurance coverage disputes, providing legal advice and guidance, and conducting legal research.

Duties:

• Represent clients in first-party insurance coverage disputes.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on first-party insurance matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to insurance coverage issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare and participate in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on complex cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in good standing.
• 2-5 years of first-party/property coverage experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance law and regulations.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in good standing.
