This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 4-6 years of experience in insurance coverage to work with domestic and international insurers as coverage and monitoring counsel. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as coverage and monitoring counsel for domestic and international insurers
• Review and analyze insurance policies and provide coverage opinions
• Represent clients in coverage disputes and litigation
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Maintain relationships with clients and assist with business development efforts

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in an insurance coverage role
• Experience working in professional liability (legal/accounting/architect/medical malpractice) is a plus
• Knowledge of insurance law and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia
