A law firm in Washington . seeks a Finance Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of project finance and M&A experience, with a preference for Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on finance-related matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements for finance transactions.
  • Provide support in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist in negotiations with clients and opposing counsel.
