The Tax Experienced Associate - Internal Partnership Tax Services at Baker Tilly is a great opportunity for tax professionals looking to specialize in US individual tax services. This position offers a competitive salary range of $61,070 to $105,480, depending on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. As an experienced associate, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, collaborate with a team, and provide a holistic approach to tax planning and compliance. As an experienced associate, your responsibilities will include providing tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, participating in tax research projects, and teaming with leaders on special projects in various areas of flow through taxation. You will also have the opportunity to network and build strong relationships internally, as well as support the growth and development of team members through Baker Tilly's Care and Teach philosophy. This position is currently working remote, offering a steady schedule year-round without the large peaks of busy season.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or law, or a related degree in business, and sufficient course work and credits to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the state you are being considered. A CPA license is preferred, as well as one or more years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a public accounting firm. You should also possess strong skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving, as well as strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
