Job Duties

- Address issues related to restrictive covenants, ensuring compliance with legal standards and protecting the interests of the firm's clients.
- Manage labor-related matters, including negotiations, disputes, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Investigate and respond to employment discrimination claims, taking appropriate legal action when necessary.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive legal advice.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on employment law counseling or litigation.
- Proven experience providing legal counsel on personnel matters, employment litigation, restrictive covenants, labor issues, and employment discrimination.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to work.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing skills.
- Admission to the State Bar and eligibility to practice law in Iowa.
