About the Role:
- Litigation Associate position

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload and handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trials

- Attend court hearings and depositions as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- Excellent references from previous employers or clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Idaho state and federal court rules and procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
