This firm needs to lighten the work load for employees. This will help themwith feeling happier about their position.
This firm does offer a good work environment. The staff is friendly and always there to help if you have any questions or concerns. The pay is decent for what the job offers and is about average in the area.
The work load at this firm is beyond ridiculous. Most weeks are 60+ hours and most days I don't get home until late. Management is hardly ever there and people seem to come and go when they please. It feels very overwhelming most times and causes a lot of stress.
