Job Title: Associate Attorney - Product Liability Group
Job Location: Kansas City or St. Louis
Job Type: Fee Earner
Experience: Litigation experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct depositions and attend hearings
- Draft pleadings and briefs
- Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
- Review document collections for litigation preparation

Requirements:
-
- Experience in asbestos/toxic tort cases a plus
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Courtroom and trial experience preferred
