Responsibilities:

- Gather necessary documents, evidence, and relevant information related to claims and negotiate settlement offers
- Work with team to prepare demand letters and negotiate settlements
- Manage and negotiate cases with insurance providers
- Effectively manage a full case load and oversee a dedicated legal assistant
- Prioritize regular client communication
- Open new files and maintain contact with clients throughout the case
- Fully investigate each case, gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents, and enter information into ATO database
- Verify insurance coverage and liability issues and maintain contact with insurance companies
- Manage client's medical care and schedule appointments
- Continuously monitor case status and review medical records
- Organize and maintain case files and prepare files for demand writers

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience managing a heavy personal injury case load
- Active member of the Florida Bar Association in good standing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathize with clients and determination to get the best results for them
- Passion, pride, and problem-solving skills
- Consistent record of attendance, reliability, and integrity
- Bilingual skills are a plus

Schedule:
