Job Description:

As an Internet Strategy and Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that has played a central role in shaping the legal landscape for the online world. You will work on cases and investigations concerning Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and first amendment issues. This is a highly specialized and cutting-edge field of law, and you will be at the forefront of tackling these complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on a variety of cases and investigations concerning Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and first amendment issues.
- Collaborate with clients ranging from industry leaders to early-stage startups, and clients from around the world.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on complex legal issues.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
- Work closely with partners and other team members to develop and implement legal strategies.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and first amendment issues.
- Stellar academic credentials from a top law school.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of employment.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $365,000 to $420,000, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded based on performance. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage for you and your family, wellness reimbursements, paid parental leave, and career coaching for working parents. Additional benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan, health savings accounts, and paid time off programs.
