Immigration Attorney – Associate Duties include extensive legal research and legal writing, representing clients before the Federal Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals and United States and Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) advising clients on immigration matters, case management, and general legal duties related to effective client representation.

Must have graduated from an ABA accredited law school and be a member in good standing of the candidates state bar. Working in a team oriented environment. Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to grow and learn new skills. Ability to speak Spanish or any other language is preferred.
