Bank of America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Client Advisor to join their team in Westport, Connecticut. As a Private Client Advisor, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening client relationships, and building an internal and external network to achieve business development goals. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Client Management Process within the client team to identify new business development opportunities.
- Source new clients in alignment with the bank's established risk appetite.
- Deliver a Branded Client Experience by developing an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs and providing integrated recommendations.
- Encourage the use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence.

Required Skills:

- 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience OR equivalent financial services/business experience.
- Responsible for driving new business development for target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets).
- Present a holistic approach to clients, leveraging the entire Private Bank platform.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
- Skilled negotiator with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work and identify the need for team specialists; collaborate closely with other team members.
- Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required (may gain licenses after start - unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date).

Desired Skills:

- MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred.
- CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD a significant plus.
