Assistant Attorney General Duties: Provides legal advice and services to the firm's Worker's Compensation Court. Represent the firm's Worker's Compensation Court or Worker's Compensation Trust Fund in judicial proceedings involving requests for vocational rehabilitation, worker's compensation coverage compliance, and other matters arising under the firm's Worker's Compensation Act. Provide general legal advice and representation to the judges, officials, and employees of the Worker's Compensation Court as to the administration of the Worker's Compensation Act, personnel matters, and legal opinion requests.

Qualification and Experience Qualification: Graduation from an ABA-accredited law school is required. Admitted to practice law in company or ability to obtain admission from another jurisdiction. Should preferably have law review. Must have 1 year as a judicial clerk or 2+ years of experience in a law firm or government agency. Must have substantive experience in worker's compensation or administrative law or has experience in providing legal counsel to a state or federal agency. Excellent legal research and writing skills are required for the position. served on law review or has judicial clerkship experience. Must demonstrate an ability to excel as part of a team of attorneys, possess excellent communication skills, and exhibit an interest in government service.
