• Base pay ranges from $60,800/year in lowest geographic market to $146,300/year in highest geographic market
• Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package

Job Title: Contracts Manager

Experience Information:

• 5+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience in law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department
• Previous in-house legal experience and experience related to technology companies a plus
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to measure results
• Ability to create new procedures and workflows
• Organized self-starter with focus on excellence and entrepreneurship

Job Description:

• Seeking talented Contracts Managers for positions within Kindle, Web Services, and Consumer/B2B retail businesses
• Responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts for assigned business team
• Participate in team-wide meetings, departmental goals, and collaborative projects

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working with MS Office, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint
