Law Firm Seeking Experienced General Liability Associate Attorney for California Offices

MG+M The Law Firm is currently seeking an associate attorney to join our general liability practice group in one of our California office locations: Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Walnut Creek. Position Details:

Job Title: General Liability Associate Attorney
Employment Type: Regular Full-Time
Location: Irvine, CA, US

Salary Range: $115, to $195, Annually

Responsibilities:

- Manage local and national accounts throughout California
- Independently handle a caseload of litigation cases
- Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
- Review and analyze discovery requests
- Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings
- File court documents and serve counsel (experience with e-filing preferred)
- Assist with trial preparation and support
- Maintain accurate time records

Requirements:

- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in product liability, transportation, aviation, or premises liability
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of California
- Experience with motion practice and depositions
- Ability to take the lead in plaintiff and expert depositions
- Capable of working independently
- Organized and efficient work style
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to multitask and analyze complex matters
