Position Requirements:

- Must be licensed by the California State Bar
- Level I: Must be licensed by the California State Bar
- Level II: Must be licensed by the California State Bar and have 1 year of experience in law practice
- Level III: Must be licensed by the California State Bar and have 2 years of experience in criminal and/or civil law practice
- Level IV: Must be licensed by the California State Bar and have 3 years of experience in criminal and/or civil law practice
- Level V: Must be licensed by the California State Bar and have 7 years of experience in criminal and/or civil law practice
- Ability to travel to different locations for legal services
- Knowledge of legal principles, trial procedures, and rules of evidence
- Ability to conduct legal research and present arguments effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal representation to clients in criminal and civil cases
- Conduct research and prepare legal documents
- Present arguments in court
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
