As a Patent Litigation Associate, you will handle a range of intellectual property matters, including drafting briefs, motions, and other legal documents related to patent issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting substantive briefs on patent issues, summary judgment, and motions to dismiss
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Communicating with clients and colleagues
- Participating in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial, and appeals

Qualifications:

- degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state where the office is located
- 4-6 years of experience in patent litigation
- Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- USPTO registration and experience in post-grant trials at the USPTO PTAB a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive salary ranging from $205,000 - $260,000 in California and $210,000 - $265,000 in New York
