Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager
Location: St. Louis, MO

Equifax, a global data, analytics, and technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our US Legal Contract Management team in St. Louis, MO. This role will support the US Sales organization by providing expertise in negotiating and drafting a variety of business to business contracts. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, approve, and negotiate a diverse variety of customer contracts and amendments
- Project manage and consolidate multiple sources of information into comprehensive contracts
- Utilize business and legal expertise to create custom contract solutions that align with business objectives
- Advise sales organization on contractual terms, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with sales and business to create contractual solutions
- Work with Risk Management, Finance, and Security departments to coordinate and facilitate contractual requirements
- Participate in department projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Experience and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in legal contract review
- ABA approved Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Broad knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to contracts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
- Proficiency in time management and multitasking
