Summary:
Services LLC is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their legal team and provide legal leadership on product launches, regulatory issues, and compliance-related initiatives. This position requires a Juris Doctor and 5+ years of legal experience, as well as the ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams. The base pay for this position ranges from $123,100/year to $229,000/year, depending on geographic location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead counsel on product and feature launches
• Counsel on regulatory and compliance matters
• Provide customer-focused advice
• Handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries
• Infrequent travel required

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• 5+ years of legal experience
• Experience in product counseling
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Location:
This position is open to candidates in New York City, NY; Seattle, WA; or Washington, DC.

Salary Information:
- Base pay ranges from $123,100/year to $229,000/year, depending on geographic location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Additional forms of compensation, such as equity and sign-on payments, may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
