openings for senior patent attorneys and patent agents to support its growing intellectual property law practice. Candidates should have exceptional academic credentials, a top-tier law firm background, and six or more years experience prosecuting patents in the United States and abroad. Specific experience counseling entrepreneurs, corporations, research institutions, and / or universities would be a plus. Candidates should have experience is preparing patent applications in software-related technologies and/or wireless telecommunications and at minimum an undergraduate degree in one of the following areas (computer, electrical or physics).

The firm will consider candidates interested in either part-time or full-time work. All candidates must be able to demonstrate an ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as in collaboration with other attorneys.

Annual Salary: $168, – $365,. This range is based on multiple factors, including experience, location, practice area & a billable hour range of 1300-2000 billable hours per year.
