Job Title: Pre-Litigation Attorney

Experience Information:

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in personal injury and property damage law, as well as experience in evaluating claims and negotiating with insurance companies. They should also have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and be a team-oriented individual. Membership in the Georgia Bar and being in good standing is required, or the willingness to become barred in Georgia.

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discuss their case and provide updates
Communicate with insurance companies regarding status of claims, demands, and offers
Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and ability to earn clients' trust, confidence, and respect
Evaluate claims and negotiate on behalf of clients
Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients receive the best care
Be a proactive problem-solver and work well in a team environment

Requirements:

Full-time availability
Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing or willing to become barred in Georgia
Experience in personal injury and property damage law
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Team-oriented mindset
