Summary:

LPL Financial is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Institutional Services Legal Team and provide risk-based legal advice for their industry-leading business. This role will involve drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal guidance on securities and banking regulations, and collaborating with various teams within the company. The ideal candidate will have a JD from a nationally accredited law school and 4-7 years of experience in commercial contracts. Responsibilities:

- Draft, negotiate, and close a high volume of networking agreements for LPL's financial institution clients.
- Provide sound advice on federal and state securities, banking, and insurance laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and teams to drive thought leadership in the financial services industry.
- Continuously review and improve policies and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

- JD from a nationally accredited law school and admitted to practice law in at least one . jurisdiction.
- 4-7 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with FINRA rules, Investment Advisers Act, Securities Act of 1934, and federal banking laws and regulations.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.

Salary Information:

- Pay Range: $137,520-$206,280/year
- Actual base salary varies based on relevant skills, experience, education, and location.
