A law firm is seeking an experienced Antitrust Special Counsel to join its team in Washington, . The successful candidate will play a crucial role in all stages of premerger review, provide counsel on antitrust matters, conduct research and writing, and contribute to antitrust litigation efforts. Job Duties:

Requirements:

  • Admitted or eligible for admission to the Bar in Washington, .
  • Minimum of 6 years of HSR merger review experience.
  • Demonstrated professionalism in working with demanding clients.
