Organization seeking a Full-time or Part-time Senior Attorney for Children’s Legal Services in West Palm Beach, FL. This position is eligible for a permanent appointment and offers a competitive salary of . Make a difference in the lives of children as a Senior Attorney with Children’s Legal Services. This role involves advocating for the safety, well-being, and permanency of Florida’s abused, abandoned, and neglected children. With a team of over 300 attorneys, Children’s Legal Services is a leader in the courtroom for Chapter 39 proceedings. As a Senior Attorney, you will have primary responsibility for multiple cases and ensure that all legal requirements are met to secure permanent and safe homes for dependent children. This includes collaborating with investigators and case managers to gather evidence and preparing them to serve as witnesses at trial. You will also employ best practice litigation techniques to ensure the best possible outcome for the children you represent. To be considered for this role, you must have a Law Degree and be willing to undergo training provided by a CLS-dedicated Statewide Training Team. This includes a multi-week onboarding program, quarterly intensive multi-day New Attorney Training, annual multi-day Advanced Litigation Academy, and ongoing CLE requirements.
