  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments affecting the Higher Education industry.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 4-6 years of experience practicing commercial litigation, focusing on Higher Education preferred.
  • Admission to the District of Columbia Bar is required.
  • Previous experience in Higher Education law is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
