Job Title:

Associate Attorney - Defense Litigation

Experience Information:

2-5 years of experience in Civil Litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice, automobile negligence, and general liability defense.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and writing for various cases
- Prepare and attend depositions
- Assist with trial preparation and strategy
- Work collaboratively with team members and take on significant responsibility
- Maintain organized case files and documents
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Strong legal research and writing skills (writing sample required)
- Meticulous organizational skills
- Experience in Civil Litigation, including deposition
- Judicial clerkship experience is welcomed, but not required
- Ability to take on significant responsibility and work in a team-oriented environment
- High academic credentials from a respected law school
