As a Contract Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across the organization to negotiate contracts, reduce risk, and deliver results. This role also involves managing a team and providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.

Responsibilities:

- Directly manage a team of Contract Services professionals
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business line and the Contract Services team
- Work with senior leadership, including Management Committee Executives, to develop and execute contracts
- Lead negotiations, problem solve, and bring forth solutions for the entire group
- Responsible for the review and update of processes and procedures related to Contract Services
- Develop and maintain individual team staffing, including hiring and onboarding
- Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure clear and concise language and guidance are included in working materials
- Work with TPRM Partners to align on process functions and technology updates
- Promote a problem-solving collaborative environment across the team
- Grow involvement by prospecting for new opportunities and expanding existing internal customer relationships
- Monitor and enhance supplier performance in all assigned relationships
- Coordinate multiple business line participation on shared projects
- Identify and capitalize on interdepartmental contract leverage opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6 or more years of experience in procurement contract activities

Preferred Skills/Experience:

- Extensive knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and contract negotiation and administration
- Strong relationship management and business development abilities
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong sales and collaborative team building skills
- Well-developed financial and market analysis skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Well-developed management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and operations
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all levels across the company

This role also offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, with an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. .
