Summary:

NIJC is seeking a Staff Attorney for their Asylum Project department to provide legal representation and immigration legal service counseling to immigrants seeking asylum. The Staff Attorney will also provide technical support to pro bono counsel and maintain professional relationships with government and community organizations. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree and one year of experience in social service counseling and/or legal representation. Fluency in Spanish is required.
