# Trial & Litigation Attorney – 7+ Years of Experience

Meyers Nave is a 65-attorney law firm with 4 offices throughout California that has been providing high profile and high impact legal services to both public entities and private sector clients for over 35 years. The firm is looking for an experienced Trial & Litigation Attorney with seven or more years of litigation experience to join their team. This position is open in either the Los Angeles or Oakland office.

## Qualifications

* Excellent academic credentials
* Outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities
* Superior research and writing skills
* Strong work ethic
* Experience with law and motion practice in state and federal court, including dispositive motions
* Experience building a case for trial, including developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions
* Prior experience representing public entities is preferred

## Compensation

The salary range for this California-based role is $175,000 – $260,000. Meyers Nave also offers a reasonable billable hours requirement, annual discretionary and billable hours bonuses, competitive health insurance benefits, 401(k) with a partial match and profit-sharing.
