The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law and be licensed to practice in South Carolina.

Responsibilities include:

Managing a case load of Workers' Compensation cases from beginning to end
Attending hearings and depositions
Drafting pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
Participating in firm-wide training and development programs
Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the South Carolina bar
1-5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
